My Story

In 2021, I launched WGN Integrative Consulting to help nonprofits grow their impact through fundraising. During my 20 years in fundraising across nonprofit sectors (higher education to performing arts, social services to independent schools), I have worked in development shops of all sizes (a one-person department to a team of 500), and as a professional consultant at a leading, international fundraising firm. Now as an independent consultant, I offer my clients the experience, expertise, and personalized hands-on service they need, at a fraction of the cost of hiring additional staff.

I hear from development professionals regularly that they need more help to get things done! They are beyond capacity and needed support yesterday. Time to evaluate, assess, and plan feels like a luxury they can’t afford. Certainly building a major giving program or running a capital campaign is beyond their capacity. They are looking for mentorship, pragmatic tools, personalized solutions, and expert guidance to achieve their fundraising goals.

My mission is to be an engaged collaborator providing my clients with data-informed, integrated solutions, practical tools, and action-oriented planning.
